Refund policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Refunds will only be given in the event of a faulty item. A request for refund should be send to sales@allegralombardi.com to request an RA form to asses the purchased item.
Should you need to return your purchase for exchange on size or style please email ALLEGRA LOMBARDI via sales@allegralombardi.com to lodge your return.
No refunds on items on sale or promotion – exchange only.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached.
You need to send the original receipt with your order.
All returns must be made within 14 days of order date.
Refunds will EXCLUDE any postage costs. Customers who receive shipping discounts must be aware that the full flat rate postage cost will still be deducted from the refund.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ALLEGRA LOMBARDI. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
